Edgar Shelton, who arrived from the University of Texas to take over duties as coordinator of the defense engineering training course to be offered free in Fort Worth, Texas this fall. Shelton is wearing a coat, tie and eyeglasses in this half length photograph. He is standing against a window whose blinds are closed.
