    Description

The "V" stands for British victory. Residents of Fort Worth, Texas, are showing their support by splashing the message all over the city. The W. C. Stripling Company is painting their windows with large blue "V's" to show their support. Underneath the letter is the corresponding Morse code - three dots and a dash. There are mannequins in the store windows.
