The "V" stands for British victory. Residents of Fort Worth, Texas, are showing their support by splashing the message all over the city. Two large "V's" are shown pinned to a bag. The pins also feature three dots and a dash, Morse code for the letter V. The letter is also shown decorating a handkerchief.
