Anne Louise Greever, a five-year old girl, is shown drawing a "V for Victory" sign on the sidewalk with chalk. She is visiting from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and learned the message from watching newsreels. Anne Louise is wearing a blouse and a pinafore dress.
