Description
Image shows "King David," a trained pigtail monkey recently acquired by the Forest Park Zoo. Gilmore Fry trained King David through his part of the three-star shows that are presented daily at the zoo. King David is perched on some rope. He is wearing a hat and trousers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition August 6, 1941.
