The Sixth Annual XIT Rodeo and Reunion is being held in Dalhart, Texas. The lively event draws large crowds, often doubling the town's population. In attendance, left to right, are Miss Ora Mae Harvey and Corporal Leo Cawthorn. Miss Harvey is wearing a polka-dot dress belted at the waist, and sunglasses.
