The Sixth Annual XIT Rodeo and Reunion is being held in Dalhart, Texas. The lively event draws large crowds, often doubling the town's population. In attendance, left to right, are Adie Hill, Leroy Freeman, Ace Powers, and Joe Langhane. Mr. Hill is dressed in a cowboy hat, checkered shirt, necktie, trousers, and suspenders.
