Description
W. G. Shine is taking over the position of city freight agent for the Santa Fe Railroad. He is replacing C. P. Richey, who is retiring after 32 years of service. Mr. Shine has been the traveling freight agent in Fort Worth, Texas, since 1936. He is shown sitting at a desk, reading a Western Union telegram. He is dressed in a double breasted suit with a handkerchief in the pocket.
