Attending the 36th Division review at Camp Bowie were Major General Claude V. Birkhead, left, and Brevet Lieutenant General John A. Hulen, of Fort Worth, Texas. Major General Birkhead is the present commander of the division and General Hulen is a former commander. Birkhead is wearing his military uniform. Hulen is wearing a suit with a bow tie, a hat and eyeglasses.
