Part of the Houston, Texas, delegation attending the 36th Division review at Camp Bowie were, left to right, Colonel J. A. Rossiter, of the Coast Artillery, W. G. Burchfield and First Lieutenant C. B. Northrup, of Ellington Field. Colonel Rossiter and Mr. Burchfield are wearing double-breasted suits, eyeglasses and hats. First Lieutenant Northrup is wearing a suit and a hat.
