    Description

    The Thirty-sixth Division, all-Texas unit, made its final appearance in review Saturday at Camp Bowie before departure early next month for extensive maneuvers in Louisiana and East Texas. It started its occupation of the Brownwood camp last December and began its current training program January 13th. Three of the Houston Delegation which flew to the view included, left to right, Lieutenant Commander E. E. Kerr, commander of the Naval Reserve for the Houston area; Lieutenant Colonel Sam W. Becker, vice chairman of the chamber of commerce military affairs who started with the 36th and wound up in the 42nd (Rainbow) Division in the World War; and Major R. E. McKaughan, commander of the Texas Defense Guard's newly organized Air Branch Squadron Number 2.
