The Texas Aberdeen-Angus Breeders Association held a field day at the Tommy Brook Ranch in Camp San Saba, Texas. Standing left to right are Arthur McArthur and his son, Jack McArthur, of San Antonio, Texas; Bill Barton, field man for the American Aberdeen-Angus Association, Chicago, Illinois; F. C. Meyer and Tom Slack, both of San Antonio, Texas. Arthur is manager of Tom Slack's Essar ranch. Everyone in the photo is wearing a button-down shirt and trousers. Barton, Meyer and Slack are wearing neckties.
