The Texas Aberdeen-Angus Breeders Association held a field day at the Tommy Brook Ranch. Kid Jeffers, left, of Brady, Texas, is shown getting a helping of beans from M. J. Bennefield, manager of the Brady Chamber of Commerce. Both men are wearing button-down shirts, trousers and hats. Mr. Bennefield is wearing an apron.
