Description
The American Federation of Government Employees is honoring their employees at a convention. Among those being honored, left to right, are Walter M. Fowler and W. W. Ashing, both of Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Fowler is the head attendant guard at the United States Public Health Service Hospital. He was also elected president at the convention. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Ashing is a United Courthouse custodian. He was elected state treasurer. He is wearing a suit.
