Description

The Fort Worth Advertising Club is holding a banquet at the Hotel Texas in front of nearly 500 guests. The show's hosts and guests mingling at the speaker's table left to right are, (seated), Mrs. Sam Bennett, Dudley Kennedy, Mrs. Charles C. Johnson Junior (Jr.), and Mr. Johnson. Standing are Sam H. Bennett, right, and Thornton Hall. Mrs. Bennett, Fort Worth, Texas, is wearing a dress. Mr. Kennedy is president of the Dallas Advertising League. He is dressed in a three piece suit. Mrs. Johnson is wearing a dress and a sequined jacket. Mr. Johnson, district president, is dressed in a tuxedo. Mr. Hall, of San Antonio, Texas, district director, is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Bennett, Fort Worth, district secretary, is dressed in a tuxedo. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 11, 1940.
