Description
Two couples at the Young Men's Christian Association (Y. M. C. A.) dance for 100 soldiers hover near the juke box to catch the words to a new popular song. Private Steve White, of Kent, Ohio, is dancing with Miss Joy Howard, at left, while, at right, Private Ernest Werbeach, of Painesville, Ohio, dances with Miss Virginia Lee Jolliff, vice president of the Modernaire Club, Y. M. C. A. co-ed organization which sponsored the dance at the United Service Organization center at Hotel Texas. The soldiers are from Camp Wolters and are wearing their military uniform. Miss Howard is wearing a floral print blouse and a skirt. Miss Jolliff is wearing a polka-dot dress.
