    Description

    Johnnie Albert Pearson was one of Tarrant County's 21-year-old Selective Service registrants whose number turned up early in the national lottery. He is shown storing away civilian clothes he will not need in the Army. His was the first number called in Selective Service Board No. 7. He is packing clothes into a suitcase that is stacked atop a larger case. Pearson is wearing a long-sleeve, button-down shirt, trousers and a belt.
