    Description

    Roy Cecil Haggard was one of Tarrant County's 21-year-old Selective Service registrants whose number turned up early in the national lottery. Haggard is pictured at work at the Arlington Heights Electric Company, fixing some electric wiring. He is wearing a hat and a collared, button-down shirt and is holding a pair of pliers. Haggard is married and has a nine-month-old daughter. His number was the second to turn up in Selective Service Board No. 2.
