Operations were unbroken when the Premier Oil and Refining Company took over the Ohio Oil Company refinery in Fort Worth, Texas. Shown here is a scene within the refinery after Premier had assumed control. H. L. Smith is shown checking the temperature machine in the wax plants. He is wearing a long-sleeve collared shirt, trousers and a hat.
