Description
Monnig Store employees are 100% in their participation in the United States defense bond program, and here E. C. Jordan, left, personnel director for the company, accepts delivery of another batch of bonds from R. L. Hosea, right, vice president of the Morris Plan Bank. Both men are sitting at a desk and are wearing suits and eyeglasses. Mr. Hosea is holding the bonds. There is a poster on the desk that reads: "For Defense/ Buy United States Savings Bonds And Stamps/On Sale At Your Post Office Or Bank." On the poster is an image of a soldier.
