Description
The refinery of the Ohio Oil Company was taken over by officials of the Premier Oil Refining Company of Longview, Texas. The refinery has a daily capacity of 5,000 barrels of crude oil. Officials of Premier who were in Fort Worth, Texas, to take over the refinery were, left to right, D. D. Pickrell, of Ranger, Texas, pipeline superintendent; R. P. Hargis, of Longview, Texas, secretary-treasurer; L. G. Dufilho, of Longview, Texas, general refinery manager; H. L. Megan, superintendent of the Fort Worth, Texas, refinery; and E. E. Jackson, of Longview, Texas, sales manager of Premier Oil Company. All five men are wearing suits. They are standing outdoors, looking around at the refinery.
