    Description

    In attendance at the Postmasters Convention at Hotel Texas were three officers of the League of District Postmasters. They were, left to right, Mrs. Ruth Norman, of Morgan, Texas, retiring state secretary and national treasurer; J. G. Simms, of Valley Mills, Texas, retiring state president; and Mrs. L'Bertie Rushing, of Glennville, Georgia, national president. Mrs. Norman is wearing a striped dress and a hat. Mr. Simms is wearing a suit and eyeglasses. Mrs. Rushing is wearing a floral print dress, necklace and a hat.
