The observance of the Fourth of July in Fort Worth, Texas, is a mixture of patriotic affairs and recreation of many forms. Hitting the links for a round of golf is W. B. Dobson. Before teeing off at the Meadowbrook Golf Course, Mr. Dobson is practicing on the putting green. He usually scores between 75 and 85. He is dressed in a safari hat, button-up shirt, and striped trousers. He is smoking a cigar while he putts.
