Description
The Golden Gloves state tournament is being held in Fort Worth, Texas at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Left to right are Norman Earl, Jose Andreas, Reverend G. A. Walls, and Dan Coates. Mr. Earl is dressed in a three piece suit. The Golden Gloves eligibility chairman, is checking the amateur record of Andreas, a Mexican boxer. The seventeen year-old Andreas won the Fort Worth district flyweight title to advance to the state tournament. He is wearing a suit with a sweater underneath. Reverend Walls is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Coates is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit.
