Description

Fourth of July celebrations are continuing in Fort Worth, Texas, throughout the holiday weekend. Three women are shown resting after a tiring round of golf at Worth Hills. They are, left to right, Mrs. S. R. Normand, Mrs. Tom Prouse and Mrs. Drew Jones. They hope to one day break 100, and in an effort to do so, they play several times each week. Their husbands are also regulars at the course. Mrs. Normand is dressed in a striped button-up blouse and a skirt. Mrs. Prouse is wearing a dress with buttons along the top. Mrs. Jones is dressed in a blouse with cartoon pictures and trousers. Her hair is wrapped in a hairnet. The women's golf clubs are on the grass beside them.
