Buddy Rhineheart, who won first place in his division at the Recreation Department's health and bathing beauty contest for children recently at Forest Park. Buddy, whose award will be a sweater, also placed first when he entered the contest two years ago. He is the 6-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Rhineheart. Buddy poses in swim trunks with his hand crossed over his chest. He is smiling looking to his right. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 7, 1941.
