Description
The Southwestern Exhibition and Fat Stock Show is getting a head start on publicity for the 1940 show. Planning a tour of West Texas left to right are Howard Colling, Russell Bell, and Earl B. Archer. Mr. Colling is drawing out the route on a map. He is dressed in a suit. Mr. Bell bought the first ticket on the Junior Chamber of Commerce Fat Stock Show tour. He is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Archer is a member of the arrangements committee. He is dressed in a pinstripe suit with a handkerchief in his pocket.
