Description
Military and civic leaders gathered to launch a drive to raise $60,000 in Tarrant County for the United Service Organizations (U. S. O.). Brigadier General W. H. Simpson, commander of Camp Wolters, center, chats with John E. Farrell, general chairman, right, and Lieutenant George S. West, his aid, left, at the luncheon table at the Fort Worth Club. General Simpson and Lieutenant West are wearing their military uniforms. Mr. Farrell is wearing a suit. On the table are several plates, glasses and silverware, and a stack of documents bound with a paperclip.
