Leonard Albert Gideon, 19, who confessed he participated in the attempted robbery in 1931 in which Rowland Lewis Jr., 37, was shot to death. Jacob Allred, a convict, previously admitted he fired the shots and named Gideon as an accomplice. Gideon lives at 1020 Franklin Street, Fort Worth.
