    Description

The Texas League added an eighteenth man to the player limit of each club but made no allowance in the salary restrictions. Here is J. Walter Morris, of the Fort Worth Cats, with his secretary, Mrs. Clyde Reeder. They are looking over an adding machine. Mr. Morris is wearing a collared shirt, necktie, vest and eyeglasses. Mrs. Reeder is wearing a dress, earrings and a ring on her left hand. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, February 4, 1940.
