Description
With flood waters over several holes on the back nine at Rockwood, the gallant professional Skeet Fincher rowed a boat, Monday, for two fair players in search of the partially submerged sixteenth green. Assistant Dennis Dellis charted the course. Ladies obligingly participating in this photographer's lark are Mary Russo (left and Mrs. Walter Clarke. The ladies' golf bags and golf clubs are also in the boat. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, June 17, 1941.
