Here are R. E. Petty of Boyd, Texas; W. E. Hines of Bridgeport, Texas; W. E. Munn of Boyd, Texas; and E. G. Gasparson of Paradise, Texas. The four men are representing Wise County Water Control and Improvement District Number 1. They joined the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce delegation train party on their way to Washington for a hearing on the Trinity River Improvement Project. Wise County floods have made it impossible for them to travel by automobile.
