Description
Carrol F. Hinners, left, presenting Fort Worth, Texas, mayor, I. N. McCrary, with the flag of the American Airlines flagship "Fort Worth." The flag, a bit frayed on the edges, was replaced with a new one when the "Fort Worth" completed 1,000,000 miles of flying. Mr. Hinners, American Airlines sales manager, had the old flag framed and gave it to the mayor "as a reminder that the Flagship Fort Worth" is still flying from coast to coast. Both men are standing in a room behind a desk and are wearing suits.
