Description

Image shows a unidentified group of searching for victims of a flood in Albany after leaving the area with 12 drownings and 15 injuries. The flood had 20 foot wall of water that broke over the town when the dam crumbled. In center is a unidentified person on horse with a group of people searching amongst debris and destroyed houses.
