E. D. Lance, left, chairman of the Moving Picture Operators Local No. 330 union, shown purchasing three $1,000 bonds from R. L. Hosea, vice president of the Morris Plan Bank. The three bonds are of the Series F type and mature to face value in 12 years. Both men are sitting behind a desk and are wearing suits. Mr. Hosea is wearing eyeglasses.
