Description

Major General George V. Strong, commander of the VIII Army Corps, greeted Governor George A. Wilson of Iowa, right, when he went to Camp Bowie to review the 113th Cavalry. The regiment of Iowa National Guardsmen is training with the 36th Division. Major General Strong and Governor Wilson are standing outside. In the background, at left, is a parked automobile. Strong is wearing his military uniform and eyeglasses. Wilson is wearing a double-breasted suit.
