Description

Promotion orders were received by these two officers of the Fort Worth, Texas, Military District headquarters. Lieutenant Colonel Arthur C. Kennedy, left, district executive officer and instructor for the 358th Infantry, was made a colonel, and Captain Everett B. Comer, instructor for the 343rd Field Artillery, was promoted to major. Both men are standing in front of a wall and are wearing military uniforms. There is an American flag and a clock on the wall behind them.
