The bull calf is being presented to Mr. Brooks, who obtained sixteen new Jaycee members, leading the list. He is wearing a suit. Mr. Mann donated the bull calf. He is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Bell is wearing a suit. Mr. Allen is chairman of the prize committee. He is dressed in a pinstripe suit. There is a paneled wall background and rugs on the floor.
