Shown here are Charles Noble Adkisson (left) Denton, Texas, and Reverend (Rev.) Frank P. Culver Senior (Sr.), Olney, Texas, at the Texas Wesleyan College (T. W. C.) commencement exercise. Both men are dressed in suits and ties. They are laughing while having a conversation. Mr. Adkisson is the son of the first president of Poly College, and Reverend (Rev.) Culver is the president of the Texas Wesleyan College (T. W. C.) trustees. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 27, 1941.
