Sergeant J. M. Coffey, of the military police, Camp Bowie, who was in the first group of Fort Worth, Texas, selectees going to the camp at Brownwood, Texas, on January 16, 1941. He received a promotion from private to supply sergeant. Coffey in private life was a cashier in the treasury department of Sinclair Refining Company. He is shown sitting in a chair in front of a blank wall.
