Former students of three eras of the school joined in opening exercises of a three-day homecoming Saturday in observance of the fiftieth anniversary of Texas Wesleyan College (TWC). Two homecoming attendees Mr. and Mrs. Stuart M. Lloyd of Dallas, Texas are pictured here. Both are ex-students of old Polytechnic College, the precursor to Texas Wesleyan College. Mr. Lloyd is wearing a suit and a striped collared shirt and a tie. Mrs. Lloyd is wearing a vine patterned dress and a hat. Mr. Lloyd is the son of the late Dr. W. F. Lloyd, second president of the college. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 25, 1941.
