Fuller, right, president of the First National Bank, is handing over to William Holden, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce executive vice president, two $1,000 defense bonds of Series F, a purchase which the chamber directors authorized. They are sitting in chairs behind a desk and are both wearing suits and eyeglasses. There are various documents and a carton of cigarettes on the desk in front of them.
