The charter given to the new Fort Worth, Texas, Civitan Club by the organization's district governor was examined by Glenn Williamson, left, president of the club, and Dr. Don C. Rogers, Chicago, Illinois, president of Civitan International, who was the principal speaker. Both men are wearing suits and are holding the charter. Dr. Rogers is wearing eyeglasses and a bow-tie.
