They figured in the dedication Sunday of Stamford-Arledge Flying Field, where 80 Air Corps cadets are receiving preliminary flight training at the Lou Foute Flying Service school. Here are Earl Stanley Keese, Arnold C. Braun Jr. and Billy Leavett Jr., Stamford Boy Scouts, who assisted in the flag-raising ceremony. The three scouts are standing next to each other in their scout uniforms, saluting for the camera. They are wearing hats and scarves. There are automobiles in the background.
