Description
The 13th annual Panhandle Plains Dairy Show is being held in Plainview, Texas. The show exhibits both dairy cattle and dairy products and attracts crowds from all over the Plains country. Winning the title of senior champion and grand champion Jersey cow of the show is "Observer Noble Queen." The six-year-old cow belongs to E. R. Sprowls and Sons, from Tulia, Texas. Standing by the halter is J. R. Sprowls, a student at Texas Tech University. J. R. is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and trousers as he holds a Grand Champion banner.
