Eager, right, business representative of Painters Local No. 318, who purchased it for his union, while Thomas Walker, center, secretary of Operative Plasterers and Cement Finishers Local No. 34, looks on. They are all wearing suits and standing behind a desk. On the desk is a sign that reads "Buy Defense Stamps Here." Mr. Walker is also secretary of the Building Trades Council.
