Students from Howard Payne College visited the Camp Bowie Service Club. A group of students and soldiers are shown playing a card game. Sitting around the table, left to right, are Miss Thelma Jo Shaw, Corporal Melven Beyer, Sergeant Roy P. Davis, Miss Elizabeth Cranford, Leroy Sharrer and Miss Bobby Cross. Miss Shaw is wearing a dress with lace details on the sleeves and around the collar. Miss Cranford is wearing a striped long-sleeve dress. Miss Cross is wearing a floral print dress. Corporal Beyer, Sergeant Davis and Mr. Sharrer are wearing military unfiorms.
