    Students from Howard Payne College visited the Camp Bowie Service Club. Four sergeants, hosts for the evening and all from Company E, 111th Engineers, are shown talking to one of the students, Miss Lurline Olson, of Port Arthur, Texas, who is standing on a stairway (far right). She is wearing a long-sleeve dress. The sergeants are, left to right, A. C. McCoy, Earl Hornburg, Harold Griffith and Samuel O. Phillips. They are all wearing their military uniforms.
