    Description

    Aerial view at Possum Kingdom dam showing the lower end of the lake basin was taken Saturday, May 3, when water at the dam was 119 feet deep. Monday, May 5, the lake was 135 feet deep at the dam and was pouring over the concrete top of the structure six feet and eight inches deep. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening, May 5, 1941.
