Description
Leroy Ross, left, is a basketball player with Fort Worth Technical High School. He is using an adding machine to total all the baskets he's made this season in conference games. Leroy discovered he has sixty-four points, and leads all city high school scorers. He is dressed in training attire. His basketball coach, Coach Weldon Lucas is double-checking the figures with paper and a pen. Coach Lucas is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 4, 1940.
